  • Medical Treatment Injury (MTI) - This applies when medical tratement is required, including visiting a hospital or a medical centre/doctor's surgery.
  • First Aid Injury (FAI) - This applies when an injury at work is not serious enough to require medical attention beyond a visit to the first aid kit.
  • Lost Time Injury (LTI) - Employees need to seek medical advice for their work-related injury and are not able to attend their next rostered work day. A medical certificate is required.
