Masterlink finds young people with the motivation to succeed in a plumbing, gasfitting, drainlaying, roofing or infrastructure pipelaying career.

We screen candidates before placing them with a ‘host’ employer for the length of their apprenticeship.

Masterlink is the employer, which means we deal with all the employment and paperwork hassles related to taking on an apprentice. We also pay the apprentice’s training fees throughout, and provide them with tools and workwear.

We’re there to support our hosts and apprentices all the way. One of our regional coordinators visits your business on a quarterly basis to ensure the apprentice is making good progress and to discuss any issues you may have.

The Masterlink programme is flexible. If work dries up, or the apprentice needs experience you aren’t able to offer, we can arrange another placement.
