Masterlink is a unique approach to combining the enthusiasm of young people wanting to learn an essential trade with the need for tradespeople to expand their business, pass on their knowledge and expertise, and look to the future of their company.

Masterlink finds the right apprentices for the right hosts, employs the apprentices, and manages the whole apprenticeship process. Apprentices are 'seconded' to the hosts for the length of the apprenticeship, although other placements can be arranged to meet the needs of the hosts and the apprentices.

Hosts benefit from having an apprentice who is learning on the job from skilled tradespeople and in block courses, but are only charged by Masterlink for the actual hours the apprentices work.
